We don't publish a price list, because no two projects are the same. After a first conversation you get a written quote, broken into stages, before any work starts.
Ways to work with us
Four ways in, one way of quoting
Projects

Software that's broken or that someone else built. We read the code first, tell you what we find, then quote for the fix.

How a quote works
No surprises, in writing
We quote in stages, in writing, before any work starts, and we tell you before anything changes the price.
- 01
A first conversation
You tell us how your business works and what you need. We ask a lot of questions.
- 02
A short write-up
We send back what we heard, so you can check we understood.
- 03
A written quote, in stages
Each stage has its own price, what you get at the end of it, and a rough timeline.
- 04
You decide
Nothing starts until you agree. If anything changes the price later, we tell you before we do the work.
What moves the price
Six things that make the difference
How much it does
The number of screens, features and rules the software must handle.
Who uses it
Each kind of user, from customers to managers, adds its own screens and permissions.
What it connects to
Payments, messages, existing systems and outside services each take work to connect safely.
Where you are today
Starting fresh, or working with code that's already there, and the state that code is in.
Design
Whether you have a design already, or need one made.
Timescale
A fixed date can mean more people working at once.
Questions
About price and time
How much does a project cost?
It depends on what you need, so we don't guess. After a first call we send a written quote, broken into stages, before any work starts.
How long does a project take?
That depends on its size too. With the quote you get a timeline, stage by stage, and we tell you early if anything changes it.
Will you fix software someone else built?
Yes. We start by reading the code and telling you what we find, then we agree what to fix first.
What happens after launch?
We can keep looking after it, with updates, monitoring and fixes, and a short note each month on what we did. It's your choice.
