Why Synovika
Real problems. Practical software. Results you can see.
We'd rather keep a few promises than make many. These are the ones we keep on every project.
About SynovikaWe start from how you actually work
Before we suggest anything, we watch and ask. The software fits your business, not the other way round.
Plain language, no surprises
You'll always know what we're doing, what it costs and what's next, in words you don't need a dictionary for.
Tested on the phones your customers use
Your customers are probably on an Android phone, often on patchy data. That's where we test, not just on our own laptops.
We stay after launch
Launch day isn't the end. We're still here to fix, update and improve what we built.
What we build
The software your business runs on.
Different shapes, one way of working. Everything stands on how your business really runs.
How we work
Seven stages, and you always know which one we're in.
Every project moves through the same steps, and each one ends with something you can see.
Follow a project from the first call to the years after launch.A project, stage by stage
From the first call to the years after launch
Stage 01/ 07Discover
We learn how you really work.
We ask questions, watch a normal day, and listen to the people who'll use the software every day.
You get A short write-up of what we heard
Stage 02/ 07Requirements
We write down what it must do.
Every feature, every rule and every awkward case, in plain language, agreed with you before anyone builds.
You get A clear list of requirements
Stage 03/ 07Architecture
We plan how the parts fit.
Which pieces we'll build, how they talk to each other, and the reason behind each choice.
You get A plan of the parts, with reasons
Stage 04/ 07Build
We build it in small pieces.
You see working software early and often, so there's never one big reveal at the end.
You get Working pieces you can try
Stage 05/ 07Test
We test it where it'll be used.
On real Android phones and slow networks, not just on our own laptops.
You get The test results
Stage 06/ 07Launch
We go live carefully.
Step by step, with a plan for rolling back if anything misbehaves.
You get A launch plan with a way back
Stage 07/ 07Maintain
We stay and look after it.
Updates, monitoring and fixes, with a short note each month on what we did.
You get A short note every month
Seven stages, one team
And you always know where we are.
Each stage ends with something you can see, so you're never left wondering what you're paying for.

From the ignition to your phone.
How a single event travels through Selvion, our fleet tracking platform.
The tracker in the vehicle reports the moment the ignition comes on. Selvion checks it against the rules you've set, like your geofences, and if it matters, it tells you on your phone.

Questions
Questions people ask us.
Straight answers. If yours isn't here, just ask.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on what you need, so we don't guess. After a first call we send a written quote, broken into stages, before any work starts.
How long does a project take?
That depends on its size too. With the quote you get a timeline, stage by stage, and we tell you early if anything changes it.
Will you fix software someone else built?
Yes. We start by reading the code and telling you what we find, then we agree what to fix first.
What happens after launch?
We can keep looking after it, with updates, monitoring and fixes, and a short note each month on what we did. It's your choice.
Do you only work with businesses in Nigeria?
No. We work with clients across Nigeria and worldwide.
Can I use Selvion or your other products today?
Not yet. All three are in development. Join the waitlist on each product's page and you'll be one of the first to know when it's ready.
